How To Make Juices that reverse disease
.
Why is juicing so good?
It brings the nutrients straight to your cells. Your cells don’t have to go through the stress of breaking food down.
The nutrients get to the cells all in one piece.
Your body gets to rest and heal while the nutrients go straight to working on the cells that need repair.
One bad meal does not cause a disease and one good meal will not bring healing.
So if you’re looking for a change in your health status, juicing needs to be a daily habit.
It’s to bad that many of us are just too busy to juice. We feel juicing will take our time.
Today I’m going to show you four simple juices that cost you less than $1 to make. These juices won’t take your time. All you will spend is 15mins.
I will focus on juices that help with high blood pressure but from May 20th I’m going to show you more about juicing and healing.

Right now I’ll show you these 4 juices that are powerful when it comes to keeping your blood pressure at it’s normal level.
What’s the most common nutrient that helps to reduce blood pressure?
Yes, I can hear you?
Potassium right.
And we know we can get it from bananas.
The challenge though is that when you eat this fruit, it is broken down in your system and it takes a while before the nutrients get into your system.
This is a fruit that is not so easy to juice. Why isn’t it easy? It’s not easy because it’s a soft and mushy fruit. You need a lot to get the juice out. It’s much easier to blend and drink them.
So you need some alternatives that will quickly get potassium and other nutrients into your system.
So first on our list is:
- Tomato juice-
Yes, you can juice tomatoes and drink the juice.
Tomatoes are great in soups and salads but they are also great when juiced.
Even if you don’t have a juicer, you can still juice. Simply blend and sieve. One cup of tomato juice contains 527mg of potassium that’s slightly more than a regular-sized banana that gives you 450mg of potassium.
Tomato juice is also rich in lycopene a substance that has been found to have antioxidant effects on the heart and the body.
In fact studies in Japan have shown that consistent drinking of tomato juice for a year reduces blood pressure.
Tomatoes also act as a diuretic and help to push out sodium from the body and therefore lower blood pressure while removing fluid from the body.
Second, on our list is
2. Watermelon juice
Watermelon is rich in three substances potassium, l-citrulline, and lycopene.
You already know about potassium and lycopene so I’ll jump to L- citrulline.
What does L- citrulline do?
It helps in the production of nitric oxide which helps to relax blood vessels and soften the walls of the arteries so that blood moves easily around the body.
Watermelon is easy to juice.
Before you’re done juicing most of the water is already out.
3. Cucumber juice
This is another natural diuretic that pushes out sodium and loads your system with potassium.
Yes, it doesn’t have as much potassium as banana or watermelon. But you get a whole lot of juice and all you need is two medium-sized cucumbers.
Cucumber is 98% water so it’s one fruit that’s easy as quick to juice
Apart from potassium and water, you will also be enjoying vitamins A, C, and k and magnesium.
This vegetable also dissolves kidney stones, bladder stones ad removes toxins.
Your kidney will thank you after you’ve refreshed it with a cup. of cooling cucumber juice.
4. Carrot juice.
Of all the juices mentioned so far, this will be the dearest. It is a rich source of phenolic compounds. These compounds help relax blood vessels and reduce inflammation which in turn stabilizes blood pressure
This leaf acts as a diuretic. A diuretic is something that makes you urinate often.
The benefit of this is that sodium and toxins will be pushed out of your system so your kidney does have to do so much work in removing sodium. This in turn will reduce the work done by the heart and blood vessels and hence will reduce blood pressure.
Now you can juice all you want but if you don’t use a slow juicer and drink it almost as soon as you make it.
You can also freeze it but the longer it stays in the freezer the less nutritious it becomes.
So if you want to heal drink your juice fresh.
I’ve got a surprise bonus juice.
I’ll just mention it.
It’s oranges.
5. Oranges are helpful when it comes to stabilizing blood pressure. Yes they are popular for vitamin C. They are also a great apiece of antioxidants. Why are these antioxidants so important.
They are important because they destroy the toxins that lay in excess far that is deposited on the walls of the arteries.
You now know the fruits that won’t cost you an arm and a leg to juice.
It’s time to get started juicing.
Oops I left out when exactly you should take these juices.
I’ll talk about that in the Get of medication challenge.
